Every status reflects a real, confirmed step in your shipment's journey — across Ship For Me, Buy For Me, and Door to Door.
Packages typically move through four key stages:
This is where everything begins, before your package reaches us.
Your order has been created, but no action has started yet. The package is not yet in Aquantuo's possession and is waiting to be reviewed, purchased, or received at the warehouse depending on the service.
Your order has been checked and is now ready for the next step, based on the shipping service you selected.
If you are using the Buy For Me Shipping service, you may also see:
We have confirmed the item and receipt of the concierge payment but have not yet completed the purchase from the supplier.
The product has been successfully purchased by Aquantuo and is now on its way to the origin warehouse.
If you are using the Door to Door Shipping service, you may also see:
We have arranged to pick up your package, but it is still at the pick-up point and awaiting collection by the courier.
Your package has been picked up from the pick-up point and is now on its way to our origin warehouse.
Once your package arrives in our origin warehouse, we take full control.
The package has arrived at our origin warehouse (the country you're shipping from) and is now in Aquantuo's possession.
The package has been checked, measured, and prepared for shipping. It remains at our origin warehouse and is now ready for you to make payment.
All shipping fees have been paid and confirmed. Your package is now cleared and ready for export.
Your package has met all export requirements, including destination, shipping method, and payment, and is ready for international shipment.
Your package is on its way, traveling internationally by air or sea, based on your chosen shipping method.
Your package is now with the external carrier, awaiting departure from the origin country.
Your package has departed the origin country and is now in international transit.
Your package has arrived and is almost with you.
Your package is currently going through customs and regulatory checks in the destination country.
Your package has successfully passed customs and has been released for processing at the destination country.
Your package has been received and sorted at our destination warehouse, making it ready for delivery.
Your package is now with a delivery agent and is on its way for final delivery.
Your package has been delivered successfully. This completes the shipment, and the status is now final.
We will keep you informed even if there are delays or unexpected issues. If your shipment takes longer than expected, the status will remain the same, but we will clearly mark it as delayed and provide the reason along with the timestamp.
To keep operations running smoothly, packages cannot remain in our warehouses indefinitely. If a package stays too long — either at the origin after being received or at the destination after sorting — it may be disposed after 21 days without action. We always strive to notify you well in advance so you have the chance to take action before this happens.
