Any shipment booked on or after 15th September 2025 will use the updated rate. If your package was shipped out before that date, it will ship at the old rate. Your Aquantuo dashboard and estimator will clearly show the rate being applied, and these will update automatically when you complete your order.

This service involves our team purchasing items on your behalf from USA retailers. The costs covers procurement costs (credit-card fees, and processing) while still keeping our concierge fee very competitive. The BFM fee covers all extra work of ordering, verifying items, and coordinating your purchase. We remain committed to high transparency: the fee percentage is shown upfront on your BFM invoice.

The only way to keep the old rate is to ship before the effective date. After 15th September 2025, all orders will use the new pricing. We encourage you to ship any urgent packages ahead of time stipulated.

Payments can be made through bank transfers, debit cards or your Aquantuo account using your Order ID for proper tracking and confirmation. You will always receive an invoice and payment instructions by email.

We ship weekly from our US warehouse via air. Packages typically arrive in Zambia in about 10 - 15 business days from when payment is made. We work closely with customs to clear your goods quickly. You’ll receive email/SMS updates and can track your shipment online.
